The Club is Using Text Messaging!

We're now using text messaging through ClubExpress to keep members up-to-date. This is just one more tool to keep you current on last minute changes to rides, weather-related cancellations, etc.

How to Opt-In for Text Messaging.
You will need to opt-in to start receiving text messages. Follow the tutorial in the link below to learn how:

Volunteer Opportunities

The club could use a few volunteers on Saturday, May 21, to help staff the rest stop for the first Sangamon Cycling Series Event. We're planning to set up the rest stop in Auburn (details will be announced).  There is also a need for ride leaders for the 20, 40 and 60 mile distances. If you have a few hours to spare, please consider signing up at the link below.

Looking for a Ride?

As a Club, one of our primary objectives is to provide organized, led-rides for the SBC cycling community. There are lots of options for you to choose from when it comes to Club led-rides. Our members have some great rides to choose from. Check back frequently, as new rides are being added nearly daily! Remember, you don't have to be a member to join a led-ride, so invite a non-member friend to experience the fun of group riding

Ride Leaders needed!
Do you have an idea for ride and would be willing to serve as a ride leader? There's always a need for ride leaders, whether you want to lead a ride every week or just a one-time event.  Please contact Scott Sievers or Troy Gilmore to indicate interest.
April Survey Open Now

We need your input on Ride of the Month and the Almost Anything Award.  Did you go on a ride that was particularly memorable? Maybe the ride leader told some Dad jokes, maybe you stopped for lunch afterwards, maybe the route was one you hadn't ridden? Click on the link below to vote for up to three rides through the month of May.
