Annual Meeting & Election
November is traditionally when the club's Annual Meeting is held. There is a short board meeting, followed by a social where club members can meet the 2024 board and learn about upcoming programs. This year, we're headed to Fire & Ale in Sherman for a change of pace!
Following the meeting, an online voting survey will be sent out so that you can cast your vote for the new board, as well as any revisions to the club's by-laws.

Board Meeting: 6-6:30 PM (Current and Prospective Board Members encouraged to attend)
Annual Meeting / Social: 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Open to all club members)
